Refund Policy & Additional Policies:
I am aware that this camp is held at the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA in LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES.
I understand that by signing this, there are no refunds UNLESS of an injury with a doctor’s note (saying that the camper will not be able to participate in the camp) or a positive COVID test* (see details). If this is the case, a 50% refund (not including the website fees) will be provided.
I understand that CHANGE OF PLANS (including my club or high school adding tournaments or practices, family vacations, etc.) do not qualify for refunds.
If you choose to purchase Allianz Price Protection insurance during registration, you will want to file a claim through Allianz. We do not handle insurance claims through our camp. Not all reasons for being unable to attend camps are covered.
I understand that the camp is following USC’s and LA County’s COVID guidelines, and those are subject to change to whatever those may be at the time of camp.
* This does not apply to COVID exposures for family members. This applies to if the CAMPER has a positive COVID test within two weeks prior to the start of camp.
